HotDoodle is a SaaS: an online website-building tool. As Senior Manager of Customer Experience, I was tasked to find and resolve user experience and design flaws in the beta version of the website and software interface for official launch.

Among my accomplishments:

1. Simplifying website navigation eight tabs to two major paths.
2. Targeted business verticals with specialized website templates and alternate home pages.
3. Directing both onshore and offshore developers and graphic designers to meet all deadlines.
