The site: This was move.com's Insider's Guide to Moving: a sort of FAQ of moving topics.

The interface: A lot of information was available. The challenge was to make it all easy to get to within a few clicks, simple to navigate, and to make sure relevent information appeared "above the fold." I created a primary topic list, with an interactive secondary topic list popping up once the user chose a primary topic. By condensing the navigation, I could assure that content appear "above the fold" on each page.
