The site: This is the Ask the Rental Advisor section of RentNet, with archived articles answering many rental questions.

The design: Each article consisted of two or three questions and answers. Originally, to browse the articles, the user had to choose from a list of dates of publication, which of course meant nothing to them. I read each article, came up with a topic heading for each question, and organized those headings within more general headings. Users can now look under Tenant Rights and choose the Rights to Repairs topic. I designed the page layout, offering many different sets of links without making the user feel overwhelmed by choices.
