The interface: I added much more information to the Checkout and Order Summary pages interface, including the options to choose between shipping services, change addresses, and view package tracking information. I compartmentalized related information to offer extensive, relevent information without overwhelming the user. I revisited the site design as a whole to forward SSF's identity as a professional and cohesive brand.
